Testimonials
"Just wanted to say a big thank-you for straightening me out and making me a lot faster on my bike. The day after you straightened my back, I won my first race in my track cycling league. I was a long way behind the league leader at that time but I kept on winning and eventually won the league a couple of weeks ago: www.scrl.co.uk
I'm sure that your treatments and my big improvements in race performances is no co-incidence. My back has been a limiting factor in my cycling for years. Since the Bowen treatments I have felt so much faster and more comfortable on the bike."
Richard Bailey
"Sarah's a star! And has helped keep my body together despite a continual bashing up mountains and in jungles filming a new Ch 4 Survival Series- I am a convert!"
Bear Grylls - Everest Climber, Channel 4 Presenter & Best-Selling Author
"Sarah gives 100% of herself and never fails to ease my aches and pains. She is professional and truly committed to her healing work. Highly recommended."
James Wilson, Painter Decorator, Lewes
"My 3 1/2 yr old son, Owen, had fallen from a chair. He was scared,
uncontrollably wailing and unable to move his neck without pain.
Nothing I could do would comfort him. The first few Bowen moves from
Sarah had an instant calming effect and within minutes he was
completely relaxed. Owen said to me the other day Sarah has magic
hands". I would agree"
Shirah Slark, Nutritionist, Ringmer
"Following a spinal injury, 5 years ago, I have been unable to sit for more than a few minutes without experiencing extreme sciatic and lower lumbar pain. Following recovery from a spinal injury, I am now relaxed enough to
be able to sit for much longer periods. I feel very blessed to have met Sarah."
Janet O’Rheadon, Artist, Lewes
"I always notice a definite upturn in my energy after receiving a Bowen treatment with Sarah. Initially feeling rather spaced out and tired, then after that I feel terrific. I have a very busy schedule at present, and Bowen has helped me to keep going. Thank you so much Sarah."
Maureen Williams, Writer, Brighton
“As a Critical Care Staff Nurse of more than 20 years, my back was put under a lot of strain, culminating in an accident back in September 2006, where I slipped a disc. I ended up needing more than 6 months off sick and was in a lot of pain with intermittent numbness in my foot.
Following an article in the Sunday Times, I decided to give the 'Bowen Technique' a try as none of the conventional treatments had helped. After my 1st treatment with Sarah, I had some relief but after 3 treatments I am much calmer and more relaxed now almost back to my normal level of activity. I am very impressed with Sarah and will continue treatments with heron a regular basis. Thank you.”
Sue Tarrant, Critical Care Staff Nurse, Portsmouth
“When you have had an accident and hurt the lower part of your back and right leg and no one can give you a definite prognosis, you are prepared to try anything! I did, trying a number of other treatments and while helping to a certain extent, I was still on crutches and maximum painkillers after 7 years. I had never heard of The Bowen Technique but having been told about it and looked it up on the website, I decided to give it a go. I was not expecting an overnight miracle, but the results after 4 months have been amazing.”
Henrietta Usbourne, Teacher, W Sussex
“I wanted to let you know that I feel so much better after the last treatment! Also, my shoulders are much looser. Thank you so much!”
